A quick Hi from Skye. Enroute I managed to pop in to the Falkirk show for a couple of hours and met up with a number of characters including Phil Olley. Here's a picture of his Thirty Years War game.

I picked up a few boxes of cheap figures mainly for my French Revolution games and a Befehlspanzer I from Frontline otherwise a cheap show.

Phil's figures are wonderful, aren't they?

I like the buildings a lot.

Jeff, yes they are really inspiring figures, even more so when you see them for real.
Matt, yes I like the buildings and I will probably copy some of them when I get another fix of house building. One nice point is that the buildings are 20mm size rather than 28mm, similar to how I underscale mine.
