Rebating foamcore

For those who are interested here is what I mean by rebating

1) One side of the foam core is cut back by the depth of the foamcore and the depth of the cut is right up to (but not through) the card on the other side

Here it is placed up against another board to show how the overlap covers the foam on the other board
